Emotional Cave
Size: 29.7 × 42cm
Material: Acrylic paper
Medium: Acrylic
Date: 2020
About the Artwork:
This painting is a reflection of moments in life when we feel the need to go inward. Life works in pulses. We go inward and outward in this pulses. We need to see the changes that keep happening inside us, feel them, observe them and listen to them. To be able to embody the change and growth and then bring all of it to the outside. To our relationships, to our work, to our purpose.
We can’t grow in a proper aligned way If we don’t have this cave moments where we just need to be with ourselves. Life outside is a constant mirror and we can stop feeling centered and aligned If we don’t come back home (our heart).
Our feelings are our compass. Feeling them and listening to them it is the way to see where to go, what has changed for us or how do we wish to continue.
