We can’t see the light without going through our darkness.
This painting talks about neutrality and the balance within light and darkness. We need both at the same time. Accepting both as in one unity. The darkness can also be divine darkness. Where everything originates, like the universe. The light is seen much brighter in the dark.
We can go higher into our consciousness (light) If we go through our fears, shadows, deep feelings and wounds. There is no spiritual path, there is no enlightenment, without going through all of it first. And loving all of what we are.
